I had contacted Meer Inspections for my new home inspection. They did a great job and a very thorough job on my home inspection and caught things I didn't even notice. Danny was my inspector and he spent a good 4.5 Hours inspecting the home and was very detailed and answered my questions with details. I highly recommend using MEER inspections they inspect the home as if its their own also they blue tape areas for you so that you can see stuff that you may have missed. I had cosmetic issues that I didn't notice and Danny helped mark those and bring it to my attention. Thank you again Danny and Rodrigo. also they get your report to you by the next morning if not the same day I had a afternoon inspection so I got mines first thing in the morning.

MEER Inspections was impressive from start to finish. We had personalized calls and texts confirming my appointment the day before. Rodrigo did a very detailed and thorough job in assessing all the issues of a prospective new home. He was well versed in some of the problems that are seen in older homes, and he took the time to answer my questions thoroughly. Rodrigo was very efficient in his work and was able to visually spot some issues I did not see. Rodrigo also came in another day at no extra charge, because the gas line was not turned on. After his inspection, he called me to do a complete follow up on the home's issues. The inspection reports were easy to read, concise (where needed), but well detailed. Overall, it was a great evaluation of the property. I was able to follow up on the outstanding issues with confidence and clarity. Nothing can replace a good home inspection, as buying a home is a considerable investment of time and money. Thank you Rodrigo!

Danny was very knowledgeable in code and thorough. I noticed a few things that needed to be fixed from a new builder but Danny brought to my attention some important items I had missed. Cost is good and the team is very responsive and attentive. Will be giving these guys a call for any future inspections.
